Real estate plays an incredibly important role in everyone’s lives, spreading ideas, trends, and observations related to real estate will promote smarter decisions and a healthier, more vibrant community. This forum will act as a platform for everyone to learn and deepen their understanding of the Corvallis real estate market.

8 speakers with various perspectives on the Corvallis real estate market

Talks will be concise and information packed - no more than 20 minutes each. There will also be opportunities to discuss, debate, and dive deeper into each topic.



8:00 Doors Open / Check-in / Registration
Hot and cold beverages will be available.
8:30 – 10:30 4 Speakers
Author Bob Burg will provide an on-screen welcome to kick off the event. Mayor, Julie Manning will greet and welcome everyone to the Pulse. Each speaker will present for around 20 min. There will be 4 back-to-back talks with magical interludes from emcee, Hart Keene.
10:30 – 11:30 Break / Table Talks
Speakers will be available at tables in the Guistina Gallery, just outside the auditorium, for questions, deeper discussion, and personal connections. A light snack will be served at this time. Also, keep your eyes open for more of Hart’s Mingle Magic!
11:30 – 1:30 4 Speakers
There will be a second set of 4 back-to-back talks continuing to feature Hart Keene, magical emcee for the day.
1:30 Lunch / Table Talks
You’ll have an opportunity to talk with the last 4 speakers at their tables, meet with other guests, and enjoy lunch. If you need to get going, feel free to take a box lunch to-go.

The Pulse of the Valley is a not-for-profit event about Corvallis, for Corvallis, and we’re excited to announce that the net proceeds and donations will be donated to Benton Habitat for Humanity.  Since 1991, Benton Habitat has been dedicated to constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes in and around the Corvallis community.  They advocate for fair and just housing policies and provide training and access to resources to help families improve their housing conditions.  We’re excited to support Benton Habitat for Humanity and help raise awareness of their mission; to build hope through housing.
